It will cut materials like conduit pipes, steel pipes, power cables, aluminum window frames and various plastics. Impressively lightweight at 6.45 lbs (without battery), this 18V cordless band saw features an on-tool battery charge indicator, an auto-mode function to automatically adjust the blade speed to the application, and has a convenient tool-less blade change to reduce user downtime. Available as a tool body only, this Brushless Cordless Band Saw is compatible with all Metabo HPT 18V Lithium Ion slide-type batteries. It is also covered by Metabo HPT's Lifetime Lithium Ion tool warranty.
